We make a difference in the lives of hurting children by supporting those fighting on the front lines of foster care, human trafficking, and child abuse. Our partners bring hope and healing to at-risk youth, equip and build families, and create safe homes where children can grow and thrive.
The Thailand and Myanmar border, just south of China, is referred to as “No Man’s Land,” filled with trafficked, exploited, and enslaved children who have no one fighting for them. The majority are forced into the commercial sex trade with 80% of all Thailand’s prostitutes under the age of 16. It’s not just poverty but the surrounding devastation and hopelessness that forces parents to sell their children to traffickers.
Enter Life Impact International, a nonprofit founded by Lana Vasquez who, while visiting the border, witnessed a young girl being trafficked. For $27 she bought the little girl back, thus rescuing their first child and beginning their incredible work. That first year, they saved 52 kids from exploitation.
Life Impact was the first “boots on the ground” organization in the area dedicated to fighting child slavery. They’ve opened children’s homes and orphanages and they’re breaking the cycle of abuse by providing education where previously there was none.
Through the 2020 Compassion Offering, we are so excited to partner with this life-giving organization as they continue to rescue and adopt children throughout the country and foster a brand new life through humanitarian aid and sharing the love of Jesus Christ. Additionally, this year we’ll send a team to partner with Life Impact to minister to thousands of children who have found themselves in hopeless situations. Won’t you join us as we help Life Impact International give children hope for their futures?
Tulsa Hills Youth Ranch is a faith-based organization that brings restoration to traumatized youth through mentorships that help the next generation discover their identity in Christ. They teach calming techniques to deal with trauma as well as interpersonal skills that help youth learn to connect and thrive with others. The unique ranch setting allows children and youth to work on the ranch and care for horses which restores and reaffirms their dignity.

This amazing ministry is giving children a chance to avoid the abuse that is so common on the border of Thailand and Myanmar. Each child they rescue is forever safe from harm and has a secure and hopeful future ahead of them!
CarePortal is a technology platform that creates a simple pathway for social welfare agencies and case workers to lock arms with the community by sharing the needs of hurting children and families. Through this partnership, we are able to jump into action and respond in real-time to provide support and care for those that are most vulnerable.
Stand in the Gap Ministries is a prayer-based, small group movement that fills the gaps in the social service system. They bring hope to orphans, prisoners, and widows through support programs and surround them with trained and committed volunteers, many of which have been through the same challenges and struggles as participants in the program. Simply put, Stand in the Gap is connecting people in need with people who care, and we think that’s awesome!
We've partnered with Guy Henry and Tree of Life Ministries for more than 30 years now! Their team has been ministering for more than two decades with one mission: to end poverty one village at a time. Tree of Life Ministries houses young orphans, teaches them a trade, and helps them discover their God-given destiny.
Triumphant Ministries is on the front lines of bringing light to the darkness in Myanmar, and founders Rick and Angela Johnson have been a part of our Church on the Move family for more than 20 years. We love them and love their heart for maintaining orphanages, teaching vocational skills, and bringing the Gospel to unreached villages in Myanmar.
New Hope Eurasia has been ministering in Eastern European countries for more than 40 years. Their focus is simple: they want to reach the next generation! Through youth clubs, school programs, orphanages, teen transitional homes, and camps, they are introducing kids and students to the real Jesus. They’re also fighting alongside churches and government agencies to eliminate human trafficking in Moldova. In 2020, a major international outreach for their team is to provide Gospel-centered after school programs and camps for more than 100,000 kids and youth.
Project Orphans is doing amazing work in Uganda! Their mission is to provide care to orphans, vulnerable children, powerless young women, and broken families in Africa through child advocacy, woman empowerment, relief work, and spiritual mentorship. Brittany Stokes, one of their co-founders, is a member of our Church on the Move South family! In 2012, Brittany and her friend stepped out in faith to transform a nation and out of that dream came Project Orphans. We can’t wait to see how God continues to use this team to transform the lives of young people in Uganda!
